Is my data used to train AI models?
We use the business APIs of the model providers, which do not use your data to train their models by default, and we only send the model what the task needs.
Can the AI make mistakes?
It can, so we design for it: the model flags what it is unsure about and a person reviews what matters. We measure accuracy on your real cases before putting it into production.
Which models do you use?
We choose per task: Claude, OpenAI models and others, orchestrated with tools such as n8n or LangChain. The choice depends on accuracy and cost for your case, not on the brand.
